Subtitle Timing

Convert between SRT and WebVTT, shift the whole timeline (for when sync drifts), rescale by a speed factor, and check cue count, span and overlaps. The parser is deliberately forgiving: index lines optional, comma or dot, CRLF and BOM all accepted.
